Our passion is not processing cashews. That is strange for a cashew company to say but our real passion is empowering people, spurring development and creating lasting impact. Cashews are the catalyst that allows us to accomplish our passion.

PfP believes in sustainable projects that are filtered through these organizational pillars, clean water, education, small business development, and health. 

Cultivate Relationships

Our strategy is not to visit a village one or two times, assist with one problem and move on, but we cultivate a relationship with the leaders and local villagers.

Long Term Involvement

We commit to long term involvement and require the same of the village.  They must have ownership in the changes, they must have a voice in the change they want for their village and community.  This type of relationship is accomplished through us listening, evaluating, keeping our word, and honoring them and their culture.
